1, Add 0.2-0.5% 911 into the sulfuric
acid in pickling tank according to acid liquor.
2, Acid washing can be used when sulfuric
acid is heated to 50-80
.
3, When acid is necessary to be added
in the midway, 0.2-0.5% 911 should be added according to the
volume of the new acid.
4, If the new acid is not added in
the midway,911 is added once.
